Listing products is free. Every plan includes full marketplace access — browse listings, place bids, and inspect verified seller details. Paid plans unlock a fixed number of verified trade conversations (leads) per month.
GoodsBridge supports structured payment protection and dispute handling through approved payment providers (PayPal, Stripe, bank wire, Letter of Credit). Funds routing and refund eligibility depend on the selected payment method, provider policies, verification status, and the agreed transaction terms.
Every participant — buyer or seller — passes our compliance protocol before joining the exchange.
Major payment methods supported — every transaction uses the provider's structured payment protection workflow.
A queryable stream of verified buyer-need signals — sector, country, quantity, timeline, source — surfaced for sellers and distributors to act on. Every signal undergoes source verification and manual review before outreach is enabled.
Roadmap targets include connecting compliant public-data APIs (procurement portals, tender feeds, trade-association notices) and indexing them with a structured trust score per signal. Until launch, no synthetic signals are shown.

A live B2B exchange built around verified inventory, structured deal rooms, and a flat-subscription model.
What we actually do. GoodsBridge is a live B2B exchange that lets manufacturers and buyers find each other, exchange terms in a structured deal room, and route payments through a verification workflow before goods ship.
What we don't do. We don't promise closed deals. We don't manufacture demand. We don't move your money without your confirmation. Every escrow, verification, and refund follows a documented policy you can read in full.
Who it's for. Manufacturers selling surplus or branded production runs, buyers sourcing under 6-figure volumes, distributors bringing demand from their region, and marketers driving qualified leads on a paid-per-conversion basis.
A short overview of the seller flow, buyer flow, matching, deal room, and trust layer.

Yes. Publishing a product to the marketplace is free for all sellers. A paid plan is required to open verified buyer conversations and use the deal room.
A lead is one verified buyer-seller deal room you open per month. If a buyer or seller turns out to be unreachable, blocked by compliance, or duplicates an earlier conversation, we credit the lead back to your plan.
You fund the deal through PayPal or Stripe (and bank wire / Letter of Credit for larger deals). Funds are held by the payment processor under our dispute workflow until you confirm delivery in the deal room. If you raise a verified non-delivery or mismatch claim with documentation, refund is processed per our Refund & Dispute Policy.
The seller and buyer agree on Incoterms (FOB, CIF, EXW, DDP) in the deal room. Whoever bears the cost per Incoterms handles the relevant logistics step. GoodsBridge does not act as importer of record.
Every seller submits business registration documents and an identity check before listings go live. Every buyer submits business identity at onboarding before paid plan activation. We screen both sides against OFAC, EU, and UN sanctions lists. We do not currently issue certificates of origin or quality on the seller's behalf.
Yes. Plans bill monthly with no commitment. Cancel anytime from your account — your plan remains active through the end of the billing cycle.
We do not allow listings for items prohibited by international trade law (including sanctioned weapons, controlled dual-use technology without an export license, narcotics, counterfeit branded goods, and any product restricted by the destination country). Full list in our Restricted Goods Policy.
No. All plans are a flat monthly subscription. There is no per-deal commission or listing fee. Payment processor fees (PayPal/Stripe) are passed through at cost.
Free trial is on our near-term roadmap. Coming soon For now, listings are free and you can browse the entire marketplace without a paid plan. Email us if you'd like an extended evaluation.
